Digital Employees for Logistics & Freight Forwarding

A digital colleague takes over order intake, status inquiries, and freight documents in daily operations. Your dispatch team stays in control, not stuck in data entry.

This is what eats up your time.

Constant status inquiries

Where is my shipment, when will delivery arrive. Dispatchers and clerks answer these questions by phone and email alongside actual dispatch work, even though the status has long been in the TMS.

Order intake by email and phone

Freight orders come in as email, PDF, or phone call, in different formats per customer. Reference number, pickup point, delivery point, and appointment must be entered into the system by hand before dispatch can happen.

Freight documents and delivery scheduling

Checking and filing CMR notes, delivery notes, and invoices, plus calling or emailing recipients and loading docks to arrange notifications. Coordinating time slots costs a lot of clerk hours, especially during peak periods.

Damage reports and claims

For transport damage, the report, photos, waybill, and insurance details must be gathered and forwarded on time. This often runs manually on the side and comes under time pressure.

And your special case.

There are surely spots in this process that are unique to you, where time is lost every day. Those are exactly the ones we take on.

What a digital employee takes over.

The agent prepares, you approve.

Answering shipment status

The digital employee checks incoming status inquiries against the TMS and automatically replies with the current shipment status. Only exceptions land with the dispatcher.

Capturing freight orders

Incoming order emails are read, reference, pickup point, delivery point, and appointment are captured in structured form, and transferred to the system as a draft. Approval and final dispatch remain with the human.

Coordinating delivery scheduling

The colleague coordinates time slots with recipients and loading docks by email and enters confirmed slots into the system, so dispatchers only step in for conflicts.

Checking and filing freight documents

CMR notes, delivery notes, and invoices are checked for completeness, matched to the right orders, and filed. Discrepancies are flagged for the clerk.

Preparing damage reports

For reported damage, the digital employee assembles the waybill, photos, and order data and prepares the report. Submission and assessment remain with the clerk.

Your special case, too.

The individual checks, exceptions and rules that apply only at your company, the digital employee handles them just the same. That is the tailored fit.
